Bamboo Park
Review
The vision that Serge de Thibault & his wonderful wife Claudine had when developing Bamboo Park is absolutely incredible. Set amongst 13 acres of Irish coastline, sits this wonderful garden, which as its name suggests, boasts in and around 30 varying species of bamboo and the mild climate that Co. Cork has to offer, explains why other tropical plants, along with an array of palm trees thrive so much here. As I walked around the many acres of this lush green oasis, I could be forgiven for thinking I had just stepped back into the Jurassic period, such is how magical this place is. Whether you're a garden enthusiast, a green fingered newbie, or just someone looking for something to do whilst in Ireland, you will all love this wonderful place and you never know, you just might pick up a few ideas for your own gardens at home.
