Anglesey Sea Zoo
Review
“Under the sea, even the sturgeon and the ray, they get the urge and start to play, we’ve got the spirit, you’ve got to hear it, under the sea.” H. Ashman/ A. Menken.
With everyone seemingly glued to their iPhones, TV or Kindle, sometimes you just need to get away from distracting devices, and a visit to Anglesey Sea Zoo is an amazing opportunity to have some proper fishy fun. Bring the family along and introduce them to the best of native British marine wildlife: let the kids say; “hello” to the wonderful octopus, lobsters, seahorses, cuttlefish and catsharks! Become bewitched and perhaps even a little bewildered, by the beautiful moon jellyfish, conger eels, and slippery silvery bass, bream and wrasse. Not only is all this marine wildlife wonderfully fascinating, it’s a great way to help us learn more about our precious environment. Anglesey Sea Zoo also has its very own gift shop and Rockpool Café which serves a large variety of drinks, snacks and meals, and there’s even a children's play area. Time to switch off the iPads and plug into nature instead.
