Wrights Food Fayre at Dublin Airport is proof that airport dining need not be ordinary. To be entrusted with feeding and serving the millions who pass through Ireland’s busiest airport is a distinction in itself, and Michael Wright’s group has risen to that challenge with impressive flair. Across both Terminals 1 & 2, this award-winning collection of bars and restaurants has brought genuine quality, variety and consistency to the airport experience. From the ever-popular Marqette, where freshness and choice go hand in hand, to Ryan’s Irish Pub, where a warm welcome and a well-poured drink are always close by, the standard remains reassuringly high. What impressed me most was how these venues combine efficiency with excellence, never sacrificing flavour for speed. Add in a friendly, polished team of staff and you have an airport food and drink offering that’s not merely convenient, but genuinely memorable and well worth arriving early for.
