Set on Lahinch’s beautiful promenade, Vaughan’s on the Prom is a shining example of modern Irish hospitality with genuine family roots. Run by the same family behind Vaughan’s Anchor Inn in Liscannor, this venue delivers quality in every corner and a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. The food offering is wonderfully varied: classic Irish favourites, excellent fresh fish, and fish and chips that are simply outstanding. Every plate feels generous, flavourful, and expertly prepared and eating fresh by the sea is always magical! A real highlight is Spooney’s Ice Cream Parlour, where they craft their own ice cream using fresh milk from Lacey’s Farm in Liscannor, giving each scoop authentic local character. Spooney’s also serves superb coffee, rich, smooth, and beautifully fresh. Whether you’re stopping by for a full meal, a sweet treat, or a quality coffee, Vaughan’s on the Prom is a Lahinch gem that consistently impresses.
