Their real strength lies in their home-made, locally sourced fare. Cake, scones and bread are freshly baked daily, allowing you to really taste the difference.
Cake reflects seasonal changes, ranging from Victoria sandwich to pavlova, and from carrot to chocolate. Be sure to try their legendary cheesecakes which sell out almost as soon as they hit the counter!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff can tell you the provenance of all the food, using local Lancashire produce where possible. They can also recommend a suitable beverage from their house blend coffees, fine selection of teas and bespoke hot chocolates, which are really something.
