Tinahely Farm - Restaurant & Play Barn
Review
Tinahely Farm, Restaurant, and Play Barn is a hidden gem that exceeds expectations. Highly recommended by many, I did my research, but nothing prepared me for the experience of actually visiting. The farm shop is a treasure trove of artisan foods, handmade crafts, and Rebecca’s exquisite handmade china. Vintage and antique enthusiasts will also be delighted by the impressive collection that rivals even the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow. The play barn is, without a doubt, one of the finest I’ve encountered in 14 years of reviewing attractions, a testament to its thoughtful design and appeal to families. The restaurant, however, is the crown jewel. With ties to culinary royalty, Darina Allen, quality and provenance shine through every dish. The homemade fare is exceptional, and the cakes, often still warm, are irresistible. Tinahely Farm truly offers something for everyone, blending charm, quality, and authenticity in a way that’s very rare to find.
