We believe that great food starts with great ingredients, and although at the tickled pig we don’t like to be too serious about anything, we do take this very seriously indeed! we have spent time lovingly growing and sourcing ingredients that we believe make a vast difference to the flavour of everything that comes out of our kitchen. in fact we take this so seriously we have started to breed our own pork. At the heart of everything is the kitchen. we believe exciting, amazing food generates a buzz and our aim has always been to create a business where people can come and feel closer to what is happening in the kitchen, closer to the action! we want our customers to feel involved and included, we want to hear what you guys think and what you want to see more of on our menu.
