The Rib and Oyster in Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, may be modest in size, but its success is enormous, in fact one of its biggest fans is Chef Marco Pierre White, who described his meal there as the “best he’d had in a long time.” Owner Gavin Davies cast his nets out wide and caught himself a top notch success story, with the highly original idea for providing the very freshest meat and seafood to extremely fortunate customers, with options to either eat in or purchase the delicious ingredients on show. Fish comes fresh from the net and onto the plate, and if you like your meat to be in plentiful quantities, then put the Rib and Oyster into your to-do list!
