The Purty Kitchen
Monkstown's oldest pub! We love legends and when we took ownership of The Purty Kitchen in October 2012; We listened very carefully to the legend and have worked exceptionally hard to bring The Purty Kitchen back to it's glory days!
In June 2013 we were delighted to be awarded Dublin's Best Gastro Pub at the Irish Restaurant Awards. We are amazingly proud of our food - it's prepared with sincere love and creative passion.
We have tried to put a signature twist on all of our food. Take our burgers for example. They are made in house with dry aged Irish beef from Kettyle meats. The cheese comes from 5 mile town creamery and then it's all served on a Waterford blaa with a basket of skin-on rooster chips.
Most of what we serve in the Purty Kitchen is made in the Purty Kitchen. Where there are exceptions to that, we have sourced things from other great Irish food producers like Boulaban Farm in Tipperary for our salted caramel ice cream, or Arbutus Bakery in Cork for delicious sourdough rye bread.
If you're more interested in our ale's? Then we hope you'll be pleasantly surprised! We stock an extensive range of Irish and International Craft Beers! We run our own Craft Beer Club and Beer Challenge!!!
We just try to make everything really really fun!
