Echo Lodge is a magnificent country house for a relaxed yet superior-service stay in the idyllic Limerick countryside. The Lodge itself is surrounded by acres of manicured lawns, with an orchard and kitchen garden that supplies The Mustard Seed; the establishment’s renowned restaurant, with seasonal produce. There is much accommodation to choose from here, some of which is wheelchair and pet friendly too, and even the standard rooms ooze charm and comfort. The deluxe rooms and suites are out of this world; beautifully appointed and luxurious. Located close to the Ballyhoura Mountain Range, golf courses, country strolling opportunities and other activities, it really offers the best of all worlds. The outstanding restaurant is proudly run by Head Chef Angel Pirev, whose dedication to his craft is evident in the fine and varied menus. This Blue Book property, the only one in Ireland, is an oasis.
