Bae Borth Deli Bar
Review
Once known as the Moorings, which also had a great reputation, Bae Borth Deli follows in that success story. Bringing a flavour of Canada, Nova Scotia to be exact, was always a good idea in my book and they bring along a wealth of culinary knowledge that will surely make them a hit instantly. Jo & Charlie, along with their faithful pooch have blown a gust of fresh air into this area and their ‘Smoked Salmon’ bagels are literally to die for. As Jo & Charlie are big dog lovers, Bae Borth’s also dog friendly and so there is nothing stopping you, pop on down and say hello. They’re both so friendly and as long as they’re not rushed off their feet, I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to chat about all the fantastic ingredients that go into their food and about the provenance of items they sell also.
