Local businessman Terry Jennings has transformed what was once a quiet country bar into a true dining destination, while still preserving the friendliness and community spirit that make places like this so special. The welcome is immediate, the atmosphere relaxed, and visitors are treated like locals from the moment they arrive. Food is the real highlight, with an emphasis on freshness, quality and outstanding local provenance. Much of the meat comes directly from the family farm, giving every plate an honesty that diners can taste. Proudly recognised as one of my Iconic Pubs, the Mayfly Inn is a Fermanagh gem and a place well worth seeking out.
