The House at Temple Sowerby
Review
Fortunate indeed are the ones who discover this beautiful, proud 17th Century hotel, situated within the lush green village of Temple Sowerby in the Eden Valley, a landscape peppered by the distinctive ruby red sandstone. Set within a delightful walled garden, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by owners Alison and Andi, and their wonderful team. Still regarded as a well kept secret, and an area of outstanding beauty, the Eden Valley is a treasure chest waiting for you to discover. The B&B possesses eight outstanding rooms, all fully equipped for our modern day lives, enabling this proud building to balance both the tranquility of the past and the requirements of the present. Each weekend the B&B also has a cafe; TempleVelo, whether you are cycling or walking, this delightful feature makes a original meeting place to meet and eat fresh, homemade local produce.
