Situated in the queen of seaside resorts, sits the World War 2 Homefront Experience and to be quite honest, I can’t think of a better town for it to be based. This may be a unique little museum, however, it has got a massive personality and as you walk around it’s many exhibits, you can instantly be taken back to the 40’s and with the added extra of the sounds and smells, this instantly transports you back to those days where life wasn’t as colourful as it is today. Adrian the owner of the museum, has put everything into making sure your visit to this amazing little museum is one that will be a most memorable one and believe me it really does deliver. I found the interpretation to be of the highest standard and the entrance fee on par to many other museums of its type, is quite nominal really.
