The Gateway Cafe
Step off the world for a moment and step through the Gateway; enjoy a cuppa and a chat - we actively encourage people to loiter!
The Gateway café is a very important part of the life of Castle Hill Baptist Church. It is situated next door to the church at the top of Smith Street in Warwick.
We serve snack lunches such as sandwiches, baguettes and jacket potatoes with a range of fillings. There's always plenty on the special's board to tempt you, including homemade soups, salads, panini and quiches. Our homemade cakes are particularly popular as well as a wide range of fabulous, fairly traded coffee, tea and hot chocolate all at a reasonable price.
Free with every cuppa you get an optional conversation - we're happy to talk or to listen for as long as you want. We believe that only through a relationship with God can people achieve that most rare of things - true peace in their lives.
We hope you experience a sense of this peace and a genuinely warm welcome - we also hope you will become a regular.
Starting 7 June Gateway café will be opening at 7.30 until 9.30pm on the first Friday of every month. We will be serving drinks, cakes and seasonal puddings. Drop in for a relaxed evening of live music and a tasty treat.
