The Australia
Review
It is no secret that this pub on Porthmadog’s busy high street once had a checkered past, but the pub's new owners, The Purple Moose Brewery, have miraculously and painstakingly turned this pub around and made it into one of the best, most profitable pubs in North Wales. Another thing owner Lawrence Washington set out to do, was to offer an amazing food menu and having now eaten in here myself, I have to say, they have more than achieved that goal and honestly, they make the best ‘Steak & Ale’ Pie that I have ever tasted and believe me, when it comes to food, I’m not an easy man to impress! I loved everything about this place, from the colour of the outside, to the decor inside and the staff here are super friendly, just exactly how it should be! I only have 1 recommendation though, don’t change anything!
