The Armada Inn
Review
With new owners at the helm, the Armada Inn is pulling in people from all over the county and as well as offering a great menu at affordable prices, the owners Rhonda & Justin have spared no expense when renovating each of their 5 bedrooms, which i’m sure will result in people coming from all over the world. Having been in the hospitality trade for many years, the owners of this pub really do know how to make sure their customers leave with a smile on their faces. Traveling to new places can sometimes be a bit intimidating, however, I found the staff here to be really friendly and the Armada Inn really does have a great down to earth feel to the place. Being really close to the Giant's Causeway and all the other attractions that the causeway coast has to offer, I’d definitely recommend a few days here.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Having endorsed this pub for its fine accommodation, I thought it worth mentioning the great food that the Armada Inn is starting to be well known for. During the week, they have two menus on offer here, both a lunchtime and evening menu and with this pub being a family run establishment, they also offer a really simple and affordable kids menu. A trip to this pub won’t break the bank and I personally think that with their menus being that reasonable, you could afford to eat here on each night of your stay. However, even if you're not staying here, why not pop along and give them a try. One thing I will say however, is that their Sunday lunch offering is very popular and so it’s always advisable to call ahead and book a table in advance. FYI, the Armada Inn also has 5 recently renovated comfortable bedrooms.
