Since 1981 from the family run Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion, artisanal cheese has been lovingly crafted using raw milk and local ingredients and has been a dream come true for the lovely, hardworking folk behind the scenes. So much so, Caws Teifi is now the longest-established artisan cheese maker in Wales, affectionately known as the ‘Godfather’ of Welsh artisan cheese making.
