Stone Science Museum
Review
“It’s very simple why kids are crazy about dinosaurs; dinosaurs are nature’s Special Effects.”R.T. Baker.
Despite having died out 65 million years ago, dinosaurs have held us spellbound since those very first bones were discovered. A visit to the incredible Stone Science Museum in Anglesey, is like lifting the lid of a historical, magical treasure chest: wherein all Earth’s beauty and mystery is waiting to be discovered by you and your family. There is so much to see and learn here in this family owned museum, boasting one of the largest collections of fossils in Wales. A mesmerising treasure trove of rare exhibits, native artefacts, minerals, fossils, shimmery crystals and stones, dinosaur and shark teeth, that will transfix young minds, and maybe light that tiny spark of fascination, that can then last a lifetime. It’s certainly a lifetime dedication undertaken by the wonderful, enigmatic owner, who’s knowledge knows no bounds.
