Nigel Taylor 25th July 2017 Winsford, cheshire The staff looked after us so well
My wife Carol and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at The Sea Shanty on the 22nd July 2017 with a party lunch. I did pre book the table but did not expect them to have gone to the trouble of decorating it with an anniversary theme. Although they were very busy the service and the food was amazing. Our guests had travelled over from Cheshire and were bowled over by Trearddur Bay and the excellent service from the staff. Someone, I can only presume as the owner, came to ask if all was well, a nice touch. I would highly recommend this venue without hesitation. We have fallen in love with Anglesey in general and The Sea Shanty in particular. Well done
Joanne pitt 21st July 2017 Superb
Went for breakfast today after a recommendation. Breakfast buffet was lovely, good quality and plenty of choice. As a wheelchair user the restaurant was easily accessible and service was excellent and friendly. Staff were attentive too making sure I could reach food (as any wheelchair user knows it's the little things that make things easier)
We would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!
Helen 30th April 2017 Wigan Day trip
We came through to the bay as a day trip today with our 2 children. The staff and food here is great . There was a slight mishap that was dealt with swiftly and discreetly by the manager. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, you have always taken the time to talk to our children, which they love, especially telling them all about the clock ???? .
Thank again for a great meal. The 2 hour journey is definitely worth it ! We can't wait for our next trip.

Nessie52 30th March 2017 Fabulous place
Called in for a light lunch. The sandwich was enough to feed a family and the chips were superb proper chips. Very reasonable and the staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. The decor is worth a visit alone. Will definitely be returning.
Ian Riley 12th March 2017 Warrington Fascinating, Quirky and Professional
I was with a Birthday party yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Well worth the drive from Warrington. A relaxed but very professional atmosphere. Was served by very friendly staff including Josh and Molly (sorry the rest - I didn't get your names but all excellent). The atmosphere is fantastic. The photograph of the Conway aground at Menai Bridge was really striking; I have seen it before but not at that huge scale. I am old enough to have seen the ship for real. Only complaint is that the shipping forecast in the 'Bouys' did not predict the rain on the way home.
