Rum has long been regarded as the elixir of life, and here amongst drop dead gorgeous surroundings, the Rum & Fizz team of connoisseurs pour pure passion into every drink, taking the classic cocktail, and transforming it with unique twists and tasty turns, bringing beautiful new life into an old favourite. The ‘Fizz’ comes courtesy of lovely bubbly Prosecco, which adds its diamond glints to the ruby red warmth of the ‘Rum’. The interior design features the ‘Downtown NYC’ style of bare bricks, shimmery gold lights and decadent furnishings, creating a completely unique atmosphere, perfect for couples or meeting up with friends.
