Restaurant37 @ Silky’s in Dungiven is a very welcome addition to the local food scene in this county. Perfectly placed on the Belfast road, just a short drive from Derry, it makes an ideal stop for travellers, but also deserves to be treated as a destination in its own right. Award winning Chef Proprietor Kevin Brolly and his kitchen team bring real experience, confidence and care to the kitchen, and it shows in the quality of what is served. The transformation of this former restaurant has clearly been handled with true pride, creating somewhere relaxed, friendly and genuinely enjoyable. The menu offers plenty to tempt, the team are warm and attentive, and the value is excellent. Restaurant37 @ Silky’s is well worth pulling in for.
