Oysters Restaurant
Review
Oyster’s Restaurant in Strabane is a shining example of what happens when passion, consistency and genuine hospitality come together. Owners Kevin and Caroline Clarke have been welcoming guests since 2007, and that longevity speaks volumes about the standards they continue to maintain. This popular restaurant has earned pretty much every award a restaurant in Northern Ireland can earn, yet there is no fuss or pretension here, just excellent food served by a team who clearly care. The seafood is wonderfully fresh, allowing natural flavour to do the talking, while the meat is sourced from trusted local butchers. Add in the fact that Kevin and Caroline even have their own oyster farm in Donegal, and you have a restaurant built on freshness, quality and real dedication.
