Review
Newtown Farm Country House really does capture Irish hospitality in its most genuine form. Teresa and Maurice O’Connor have been welcoming guests into their wonderful home for many years, and their warmth is felt from the moment you arrive. Beautifully positioned beside their family dairy farm, close to Ardmore and Dungarvan, this is a wonderful base for exploring this special corner of County Waterford. The O’Connor family are now the fourth generation to farm these lands, giving every stay a real sense of heritage and place. I first endorsed Newtown Farm Country House over a decade ago, and it is a pleasure to see standards continue to rise. With cosy bedrooms, a homely atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast, this is country house accommodation done properly.
