The National Lido of Wales, Lido Ponty is Wales’ premier outdoor pool attraction, which has been restored to its former glory and updated for the 21st Century visitor The on-site café is a real gem, offering everything from light bites to great coffee, perfect after a swim. The staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve met, creating a welcoming atmosphere that adds to the experience. It’s no wonder this place holds a special place in the hearts of locals and visitors alike. Even Welsh legend Tom Jones once swam here before his rise to fame! Lido Ponty isn’t just a swimming destination, it’s a cultural institution that has glided through the decades with grace, and proudly earns its place in our Top 100 Attractions in Wales.
