Mourne Seafood Bar
Review
This popular seafood restaurant offers guests an abundance of the freshest, most succulent seafood that has been praised highly by critics at the Observer Food Monthly Awards. The shellfish is locally-sourced and hand selected from the Ballyedmond in Carlingford Lough and includes oysters, mussels, and scallops. The other dishes on offer comprise of a seafood casserole, beer battered hake and chips, and hot buttered lobster. If seafood isn’t for you, they have a range of other delicious dishes available, as well as a seafood and beer pairing - all at an affordable price. They also have a take-away fish shop and adjoining cookery school, the Belfast Cookery School, running a range of culinary classes. You can expect a high standard quality of food, impeccable service, very reasonably priced, decent sized portions and a friendly relaxed atmosphere at this informal pub-like establishment.
