Review
We have some of the biggest attractions throughout the whole of Ireland as well as the United Kingdom featured within our books, and although as important as they are, these books are made all the better for the inclusion of some amazing hidden gems. The Milk Market in Limerick City is just one of those said hidden gems. There are so few of these old Victorian markets left and the group of trustees that run this Limerick jewel really do care passionately about its even brighter future. Friday plays home to the Flea Market, with stalls that change all the time to add variety. There are also other themed market days here and a multitude of special events that take place within the market. On the day that I first visited here, the atmosphere really did make the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.
