Review
Budgie Transport, the parent company of Lancaster Canal Boats really does know what they are doing when it comes to satisfying the needs of the many thousands of visitors that travel on their boats every year. I was very impressed with the slick way these cruises are run, such is the reason why we chose them as one of our Top 100 Attractions in NW England. With a few different cruise types to chose from, you shouldn't find it hard to find something that suits you and your pocket. On the day of my trip I travelled on the Kingfisher, a nice leisurely cruise over the historic Lune Aqueduct, and I enjoyed every second of it. The sun was shining which is always a bonus, but to be honest I was enjoying my trip that much I wouldn't of cared if it had been snowing outside, A true hidden gem!
