Katie Daly’s Bar & Restaurant is one of Limerick’s true standouts, and a place that I am now delighted to recommend to my readers. Set close to King John’s Castle, it captures the spirit of the city perfectly: warm, lively, and full of character. Following a major refurbishment recently, this heritage pub now looks sharper than ever while still keeping the charm that makes it so special. Better again, they serve delicious food seven days a week, something that is becoming all too rare in today’s pub scene. The atmosphere is vibrant from the moment you walk in, with a team that knows how to make guests feel genuinely welcome. If you want an authentic, alive-and-kicking Limerick experience, Katie Daly’s is absolutely worth your time.
