As I close my eyes, I can just smell the fantastic assortment of aromas that await, as you walk through the lovely doors of Lechyd Dá. Not for the first time, we are featuring Lechyd Dà in the latest edition of the Top 100 Attractions series of books. As a matter of fact, this will be the fourth time they have appeared in my book, for owner Jake Nisbetts’ shop is just quite simply excellent. Jake, stands at the helm of this fantastic health food delicatessen, and has created a treasure trove of healthy produce. Jake has a deep understanding and profound knowledge of every single one of his products, and is therefore unrivaled in the local area. People come from far and wide to buy his fresh ingredients, and if he hasn't exactly what you are looking for, he will know where you can purchase it. Please remember, you are what you eat, so don't be fast, easy or fake with the provenance of where your food comes from. To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.
