Known as the Lake District of Northern Ireland, the fantastic town of Enniskillen sits beautifully on the edge of the River Erne, and it's here you’ll discover The Horseshoe & Saddlers, a standout pub and restaurant that I've proudly endorsed for the second time in my Top 100 Attractions series. Having followed its impressive journey over the years, I can confidently say it has flourished into one of the town's leading dining destinations. Remarkably open seven days a week, a rarity in Fermanagh, the dedication of the owner and his talented kitchen team shines through in every carefully prepared dish. Upstairs, the contemporary restaurant effortlessly blends traditional favourites with modern culinary flair, resulting in memorable, locally sourced delicious food in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
