At the General Merchants Cafe in East Belfast, the atmosphere is unique and welcoming, with an addictive, interesting vibe and complete dedication to serve totally awesome coffee, and vibrant, eclectic food. With a heavy focus on breakfast and brunch, co-owner and Head Chef; Tim Featherston draws his inspiration from the Australian cafe culture: which has a strong and distinctive ethos to create a community cafe that’s both affordable and accessible. Located on the corner of Cabin Hill Park in East Belfast, this excellent cafe blends locally sourced produce, together with the warm hospitality that's always in abundance in the Northern Hemisphere. Breakfast is an all-day affair, meaning your eggs can be boiled or fried anytime you like!
