Eithinog Hall

Accommodation

Croeso (welcome) to Eithinog Hall – a beautiful, countryside bed & breakfast surrounded by the green rolling hills of idyllic Mid Wales. Open year-round, this stunning Georgian house sleeps up to six guests in three luxurious suites, and offers a wealth of delights for guests to discover.
Enjoy private woodland walks, exclusive fly fishing and sumptuous home-made meals. From outdoor pursuits to indoor indulgences, it’s a rural retreat for those looking to escape and relax.

Our Sequoia room was fittingly named after the 133-foot-tall tree that marks the entrance of Eithinog Hall. An airy double-aspect room, it boasts views over our kitchen garden, ornamental pond, woodlands and namesake tree. The huge Georgian sash windows frame these scenes and give the room a crystalline natural light and tranquil atmosphere.
The luxury en suite bathroom is also stylish, bright and modern, with original stripped-wood floorboards. A comfortable free-standing stone bath, large ‘walk-thru’ rainfall shower and vibrant lime-green accents will make you feel refreshed and invigorated. Do Not Disturb sign available!

Our huge, 45 sqm Cedar bedroom is dramatically decorated from floor-to-ceiling in midnight blue. Its moody atmosphere is lifted by an iconic, Poul-Henningsen-style light fixture. We have also chosen Modigliani artwork, upcycled bedside tables and modern seating to complete the look. Double-aspect, with four grand sash windows, this room has stunning views over the raised front lawn, private woodlands and country garden. At night, you can lie back in the super-king bed and enjoy a star-filled sky, untarnished by light pollution.

Copper Beech Suite

The en suite bathroom for this room features an artistic, graffiti-tiled, ‘walk-thru’ rainfall shower, as well as a vintage penny-slot scale, eye-test chart and 20-watt bulb sputnik light. Oh, and a toilet in the fireplace… why not?! But the pièce de résistance just has to be the grand, freestanding stone bath with a view to die for. If you stay in this room in Summer, enjoying a glass of wine in the bath with the window open is an absolute must.

This bedroom oozes contemporary-chic with cool, calm grey walls and a silvered-cast fireplace. The king-size bed, with an opulent, winged, Chesterfield headboard, guarantees guests will have sweet dreams. And when you wake, you’re sure to be greeted by a spectacular sunrise filtered through the specimen Copper Beech tree outside.

The gallery en suite for this room features a dark, slate-grey rainfall shower, but is dominated by the tall, distinctive his ’n’ hers, his ’n’ his or hers ’n’ hers vase sinks. A large Georgian window floods this bathroom with natural daylight and offers glorious views of our eight-acre bluebell wood and rhododendron bushes – Both of which are particularly spectacular in the Spring.
