Dunraven Arms Hotel
Review
Steeped in the rich heritage of Adare, the Dunraven Arms Hotel is one of those rare places where history and comfort sit effortlessly side by side. Now over 200 years old, this much-loved property once served as the hunting lodge for the Earls of Dunraven, and that proud legacy still lingers in every corner as you step through the doors. The accommodation is elegant and classic, yet finished with a tasteful modern twist that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Whether you opt for a Luxury Room, an Executive upgrade, or one of their beautiful suites, quality comes as standard throughout. The staff here are the beating heart of the hotel, delivering a polished service with warmth and genuine care. An ideal base for exploring the region.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Dining at the Dunraven Arms Hotel in the historic village of Adare is an experience that never disappoints. Whether you’re staying overnight or simply calling in for a meal, owners Louis and Hugh Murphy, along with their exceptional team, have created a food offering that truly reflects the hotel’s proud reputation. It’s genuinely hard to find a bad review of this place, and after visiting myself, I can see exactly why it’s so highly regarded. You have a few great options depending on the occasion. The Hunter’s Bar is wonderfully relaxed, the Conservatory adds a bright and stylish twist, while the Maigue Restaurant offers a more refined dining experience. For special celebrations, private dining can also be arranged, adding that extra touch of luxury.
