With big dreams of setting up a centre for organic farming, in 2012, owners John, Patrice and Paul opened the UK’s first organic micro-distillery, and have seen these dreams come to reality. Producing top-quality, artisanal spirits on their organic family farm in Ceredigion, West Wales. This divine product takes its inspiration from the beauty of the natural surroundings, utilising everything from the crystal clear spring water to the wood that heats the stills. From their beautiful 17th Century gallery, visitors can come to take a sneak peek behind the scenes, to where all the magic takes place. Treat your tastebuds to an intoxicating experience and sample four Organic Gins, and spirits, as well as their homemade: Caws Teifi Cheese which has been lovingly crafted on the farm since 1981.
