2013 saw Cotswold Falconry Centre celebrating its 25th
Anniversary. Over this time thousands of people of all ages have enjoyed finding out about the ancient art of falconry and how we use its skills to demonstrate the birds' natural behaviour. Set against the beautiful surrounding Cotswold countryside see the spectacular stoop of the Falcon, watch huge Eagles and Vultures soaring high into the sky, observe up close the silent flight of the Owls and much, much more.The Cotswold Falconry Centre is home to over 60 different species of Birds of Prey, with breeding in front og you here at the Centre. You and your family can enjoy these wonderful birds whilst finding out about their conservation.

This Falconry Centre is a family run business and is the falconry centre of all falconry centres in my opinion. Perfectly situated within Batsford Arboretum, which is also another one of our top 100 Attractions, The Cotswold Falconry Centre offers a perfect morning or afternoon out. Don't be fooled by the name though, as there are so many different types of birds on show here. As I was being shown around the centre, it was quite clear to see that not only do the owners love each and every one of these birds, these birds truly love their owners. The Cotswold Falconry Centre also offers experience days or in fact courses, where you can get to be an avicultural expert for the day or in fact longer! I reckon that if you visit the Arboretum as well, you will be entertained for a full day. What more could you ask for?
