There is a great deal to like about Cobbler’s Gastropub & Pizzeria in the Co. Fermanagh village of Ederney. Only a short drive from Enniskillen, this family-owned favourite has built an enviable reputation, with people travelling from miles around to enjoy the food and warm hospitality. For me, local recommendations carry real weight, and Cobbler’s was mentioned time and again by people who genuinely know good food. Donal and his team have created a relaxed, welcoming restaurant where generous portions, tasty food and friendly service all come together perfectly. It is remarkably difficult to find a poor review, hence why it is so highly regarded and thats why it finds itself in the latest edition of my Top 100 Attractions on the Island of Ireland.
