It dates back from the 1300’s and is filled with history. For some added luxury, all of the cottages have their very own hot tub/jacuzzi where guests can soak in the magical surrounding atmosphere while enjoying some tranquillity. There is even an indoor heated pool available to all guests. If you like staying active, there are many wonderful things for you to discover within the surrounding area. Whether you want to visit Liverpool, Chester, Manchester, Snowdonia, the Lake District or the Peak District, they are all only a short drive away. The Shippon Barn can accommodate up to 7 guests and has been specifically designed with children in mind. The Old Mill Barn, which is a part of the same 250 year old barn conversion as the Shippon Barn, is luxuriously designed and furnished with a beautiful buttoned leather Chesterfield suite. The Green Cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests and is the most secluded of the 3 cottages. So if you are looking for complete privacy, this is the one for you. It has a zero environmental impact and is made of green oak! Do not miss out on the nearby one-acre Barnacre fishing lake. Guests love it!
