Bailey Ground Hotel
Review
Bailey Ground Hotel in Seascale is a true hidden gem on the West Coast of Cumbria. Until recently, I, like many others tended to gravitate towards the well-known hotspots of Windermere, Ambleside, and Grasmere. But exploring West Cumbria has been a true eye opener; its coastal and inland villages are just as picturesque, and dare I say, the people are even friendlier! This family-run hotel offers a cosy and honest experience, with seafront rooms that boast spectacular views. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, you’ll find a warm welcome and a true genuine commitment to guest comfort. Richard Mawson, the owner, has poured his heart into this property, ensuring that visitors feel at home. It’s a place where hospitality shines, and the stunning sunsets over the Irish Sea are the perfect backdrop to an unforgettable stay. If you're visiting the area, the Bailey Ground Hotel is well worth considering.
