Ashbourne Baseball
Dating back to 2009, this baseball Club is one of the best in the country. Having started small, it now has teams of different age groups. The youngest team is called Coach Pitch and welcomes everyone under the age of 10. It's a great group to learn about the game while having fun. This Club uses games a lot as a way of learning about all of the most important Baseball moves. There are many games organised between teams too. Little League is a great team for children aged 9-12, with more specific rules and challenges. Here, they are taught about more specialised positions, the field where they play is bigger and a full league is played yearly too. The adult team welcomes everyone over the age of 13, they learn about all the aspects of Baseball and play a league during the summer with play offs in september. *
