Annan is A Welsh food movement that is dedicated to celebrating the surroundings of the Welsh landscape, with the aim to take diners back to their roots, and to the purity of real food. Such has been the success of Annwn, that in their first year Matt and his partner Nicole have enjoyed visits from the Michelin team and have also been listed 14th in the Good Food Guide top 20 for 2022.
